1 recorded hour (ish) of learning a week at your leisure
use the rest of the week to put the post important pieces into practice
1 LIVE group zoom session weekly (also recorded & highly recommended)
bring your questions & experiences. have your kids in the background if it means you show up!
OPTIONAL
1:1 call with Steph to dial in your health specifics, receive extra support, create a goal/s (habits, nutrition, fat loss, exercise, sleep, stress, hormones, etc)
And privately share weekly metrics to create & see measurable change.
